Maybe but i found it easier to use and manage than Oracle in almost every aspect i can think of.
It may be because i've learn SQL Server before Oracle, but its like everything in Oracle seems less "polish".
Also it took them forever to support windows 7 wich cause us many problems at work.
I work with both on regular basis anyway so its just an overall preference :P
