3D Vision on pc

I have an Nvidia video card and I know that I need a 120hz and above for that to work. All I need to know is what I'm missing if anything.

    I have done some research on (ZEE GOOGLE). I didn't find any detailed info.

    a second video card, naw just kidding but they do have a self-test tool to see what you are missing.

    Well I would like to purchase a plasma only because there naturally less expensive.
    Preferably I would like to get one that operates at 240hz and above at 2.3ms
