Which ATI for Xfire to Replace 260GTX

Looks like I'll be putting something together for a bud before I finish my stuff again! :(:rolleyes:;)

It is being done as an upgrade with inhouse stuff so kinda mixed bag mATX.....

Mobo: MSI 890GXM-G65
CPU: AMD PII X3 720
MEM: TBD
GPU: Evga 260 GTX 216 (from prior system)

Anyway down the pike he will want to replace the Evga & go xfire, so what would be a "good inexpensive upgrade"? :confused:

Haven't used ATI since a 3870 & 4870.

    In today's GPU market, I would only consider HD 5770 or GTX 460 in the order of performance and price. If I need something better, I would just buy two of either one.
