    If it is windows, get the latest OPHcrack cd and go to town. If you lost your BIOS password, lolurtoast

    If you lost your windows password, you're better off using Offline NT Password and Registry editor to blank the password.

    Gateway should be able to reset this for you using their backdoor codes. Call them and tell them your story.
