start up problems
I'm rebuilding and old e-machine. Put a new mother board G31mxp-k foxconn micro atx board, new pc 6400 mem, new LG dvd burner, used old pat hard drive , has intel cel D processor single core. After putting together when starting up if the fans run fast the machine will boot up and run. If fans strat up running slow machine will not boot. This happen even if machine has set turned off for hours. Not for sure what to do, mabee m-board is bad or what? very new to this stuff. need some help
