BSOD Help

edited September 2010 in Hardware
Hello everyone, I am Seraph.

I am going to begin by showing you thatI have a Compaq Presario Cq60z
Windows 7 32-bit Ultimate

If needed, I will post more information.

I am hear because I get a BSOD when attempting to play a game compatible for Windows XP (It does work in Vista if run as and administrator and if you have sound playing to have sound enabled in game)

The name of the game is called Trickster Online hosted by NTreev.

Now upon starting up, the launcher will begin patching new files or nothing happen, just press start to begin the game.

The fun begins after. Trickster uses and antihack software called Gameguard. Gameguard starts as soon as Trickster starts. When playing the first time, Gameguard has to patch. Once patching I would receive the BSOD.

I have the debugged dump files right here below showing that it is messing up when Gamemon.des starts. I do play another game that uses the same exact Gameguard (different configuration for that game) with no error. Any suggestions?

KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000008e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.
Arguments:
