I had tried to get me CD/DVD drive on my computer again after it no longer showed on my computer. In doing so I deleted the upper and lower filters in a registry edit folder called, {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}. I now have an issue without a constant pop-up saying "Windows cannot find 'C:\Program'. Make sure you typed the name correctly and try again." Can anyone help me get this pop-up off and fix this problem?

go back to that registry key and see if you can find any other clues as to what software it's tied to and then re-install it.

Use System Restore and roll your machine back to the day before you edited the registry.

Yes but if I do that then my CD/DVD drive won't work. It's what I had to do to get the drive working again.
