Need Help! "no display no beeps"

Got problem my processor and mother boards are all brand new but it won't display anything nor beep... I do some troubleshooting by removing my video card and 160 GB HD but still the same. I also tried my old Motherboard and other PSU but still the same.

Please help me solve this problem...

-this is my system unit-
AMD Athlon II X2 2.9ghz
Asrock NF7G-full HD
2gb DDR-II Geil
160 GB & 80 GB Sata
Hec 500watts PSU
Nvidia 6800 PCI-E 512 mb

    Make sure your RAM is properly seated. If it's not pushed all the way in (it will click in and the arms on each side will swing inward to lock it in) that can cause the system not to start.

    it was properly inserted and still not working.

    Sounds like you may have an improper ground on your motherboard to your case. For troubleshooting remove the motherboard from the case and just run it sitting on a wooden desk. Then work up from there. All it takes is one solder point to contact the case and it'll short out the whole thing and stop it from working.
