Sugestions on a build

I am building a new PC to hook up to my TV so I can play SCII and D3 when it comes out. Hulu and netflix will be accessed too.

I have a case and a WD 1tb Green HD and a 80 silver PSU.
I plan on getting a xfx 5670 Video card its low power and doesnt require a PSU connection.

What else would be good as a CPU mobo and ram that would be under 200 and able to run SCII at ultra settings

    Can a 5670 even run SCII at Ultra? Somehow I doubt it.

    I do it on this PC over my dads and its maxed and awesome. Its the 512mb version and I plan on getting the 1gb version
