IBM G41 machine giving WRONG TYPE battery errror
Please, assist if you have any idea about this issue.
Have a G41 machine specifically 2886-5TU. Put my IBM branded 4400mAh Battery 08K8185 into it and it is giving me a WRONG TYPE error and blocking the battery.
It fits perfectly into the battery slot and my machine model is a G41 so I am stumped as to what the issue could be here.
