I came across a laptop that wont allow u do anything. U can't even go to system setup or boot option when u first turn it on. The booting cd wont work either. All it do is go to a white screen that ask for a password. How can I get around or pass that?

That is called a BIOS password, but saying things like "I came across a laptop" doesn't really engender me with a want to assist you in what seems sketchy already.

If this was her laptop, she would have to put that password in every time she rebooted the computer, so pardon me for being skeptical. You can try googling it.
