Laptop vid card?

A friend is looking to quickly purchase a video card that has either composite or s-video input for a 2000 Dell laptop. I've never messed with a laptop, so I don't even know how likely it is to find this or if they use a different standard than a desktop. We need it to do some live streaming video. Any suggestions?

Er, laptops rarely, if ever have replaceable graphics cards, and when they do they are miniture cards that are nothing like the desktop counterparts and cost a fortune....

I would look it up, but as you can probably guess "Dell 2000 laptop" isn't very useful. Need a series name.

Yeah, I was trying to get that info before I posted but we don't actually have the laptop here right now and he didn't know. Learning this, I think we'll have to go another route anyway. Thanks for the info!
