HTPC Build

So I'm going to build an HTPC trying to use my existing processor (AM2).

I'm debating whether to go ATX Case and use a current ATX MB and RAM and grab a ATI 54xx/55xx series card.

Or grab a new mATX board and RAM and have a nice small case.

Here are my questions.

-Which MB and is there a MB that has better integrated video than the 4290 or do have to get a new card regardless? (no budget)

-Is it worth it to have a smaller mATX case? I haven't seen an HTPC case in person so I'm unsure how a 7" case would look under my TV.

Consider the AMD E-350 motherboards: 1.6GHz, dual core, on die Radeon 6310 w/ UVD3 (Divx/H.264/MPEG2/VC-1/XViD acceleration) aaaand mITX with full-sized DIMMS. You get your mobo, CPU and GPU for ~$150 or less.

I really like the ASUS E35M1-M and the Gigabyte E350N-USB3.

One of my intentions would be to play some light gaming if the occasion ever arises. Titles such as YDKJ, SFIV, FIFA11 are going on it. As great as the E-350's sound, I think I'll be going with a passive cooled 5570.

Probably would want to step up to somebody's miniITX platform, then. They still have full-sized x16 slots.
