This tool will let you generate a DA:O save by choosing what happened during each plot point in each act of DA:O. Once you've checked all the appropriate results, it'll dump the savegame to the correct directory for DA2 to import.
You can also use it as a tool to double check the saves you might still have lying around. I did that by generating a save that matched what happened in my DA:O play through, then compared the plot summaries provided by DA2 to make sure they were the same.
