Time for my annual post that I make only when I need something

I need to hire a brilliant WPF/.NET 4.0 application developer for possibly a couple of weeks. This would require essentially converting winform controls in an existing app to a nice wpf format instead. Code is is a mish mush of c#/vb.net/activex/com.
I thought I would see if anyone here knows someone or is someone who is extremely well versed with the above. I'll pay a premium rate. The expectation is that you do the work which is well documented elsewhere and then make a write up for my team and I explaining the essentials of what you did with each main code component, how, and why. We need to learn from this so we can do it in the future. Wage is hourly.
I need to hire in the next 48 hours, so if you or the someone you know wants in please contact me in the next 24 hours. Thanks.
