Download and run ccleaner to get rid of temp files
Download and run Combofix, if you are on a 32 bit platform
Download and run Malwarebytes
Run ccleaner (both temp file cleaner and reg cleaner)

So Avira failed you. That stinks.

If you have trouble downloading any of the programs mentioned above because the malware is blocking those sites, download from a seperate machine and install using a usb thumb drive. Generally I just scan malwarebytes full, run ccleaner on both the temp files and the registry then I install a free scanner, normally microsoft security essentials and run that after a reboot. In your case you have Avira so you could skip the last step, still, make sure its definitions are up to date. Generally its a pretty good free scanner, disappointed it failed you here.

Currenty having an issue, with Windows Security Center. After removing the Trojan the service is not allowed to be enabled. Windows Defender, Firewall & Uptades are not functioning fully. It is not even in the services menu. Any help?

I know they say for XP, but it may (and reportedly does) work for Vista.

The Services.msc does not show Windows Security Center.

Last thing I have to offer is trying to repair from the disc/partition and see if it restores the services. Otherwise, backup and reinstall (which is probably the best option at this point anyways)

How do I go about doing so (1st option)?

It should be pressing F8 then there is an option for advanced and you can boot from a repair partition if available. If not, use any SATA to USB kit to plug into another computer, backup files you want, reformat.
