I have a electronic form I am creating in Acrobat 8 that have required fields. I am trying to find a code that will pop-up an error message if all required fields are not filled in before they are able to submit or print anything. Does anyone have experience with JavaScript in Acrobat 8 that can help me out? I am lost.

The first paragraph at this link seems to say that the feature is within Adobe already, but check out the rest of it as well

Yes...this is working good. But the error message will only pop-up once the field has been clicked on. Is it possible to have the error message pop-up if someone just opens and prints it?

(the problem we are having with a couple of our forms are people are just printing them and filling them out by hand and it is hard to read at time. We want to encourage them to fill it out electronically)
