Do you have any chance to post what the code/error message on the BSOD is?
I had similar troubles a year back, turned out to be overheating. Download CoreTemp to check what temperatures you're running at. Also, I might be wrong, but this system seems somewhat aged (WinXP, Pentium Xeon). Are you sure your computer is up to the task? Another thing to check is with Memtest, to see if you have bad memory. This article explains what to do better than I can.
Do those things, and we'll take it from there.

MY tempuratures are Low-41 and high-49

I tested with Memtest there were no errors......plz help me..

    The error is Win32k.sys
    "Stop:0*0000050(0*A121F830,0*00000001,0*Bf83AC37,*00000000)
    Win32k.sys-Adress BF83AC37 base at Bf800000,Datestamp 4d6f95bd

Seems win32k.sys is the culprit. Update windows.
The behavior may occur if the win32k.sys is corrupted. Go to
C:\WINDOWS\System32 and rename the Win32k.sys file to Win32k.old and then
close the window. Now go back to the system32 folder and you will have a
    new and non-corrupt Win32k.sys file.

If still no go, do everything in this thread.

Alright, no need to get upset. Do the 8 steps to repair Windows, and report back here.
  • edited May 2011
k, i will thnx for the help....
  • edited May 2011
Can u please say me wat are those eight steps.....................
    I didnt understand them

My bad, bad wording on my part. It's eight commands. However, I realize it may not fix the exact problem you have. I'd like you to do a Windows Repair Install, not using the recovery console. This link explains it in colorful, but possibly a bit confusing ways. You'll need the CD that came with the computer, or a real WinXP CD.

    k,Thanks i will try it,
  • edited May 2011
Shall i repair it or start the setup when the welcome screen appears......
  • JokkeJokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian
    edited May 2011
Press ENTER on the first screen, where it ask if you want to start the recovery console or set up windows. On the next screen it will list you windows installation(s). Select the one you wish to repair (hopefully, there's just one in the list) and press R.

    k,after i repair it,then wat to do?
  • JokkeJokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian
    edited May 2011
Reboot, load like normal, see if games will run, post here with results.
  • edited May 2011
k, i wil do it.................does it affect my saved files.........
  • JokkeJokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian
    edited May 2011
A repair install should not affect your personal files or folders, only Windows ones.
  • edited May 2011
k, thanks in anticipation, but if it still continues then wat to do?
  • edited May 2011
I repared Xp, but the problem still continues........ :(:( :-(

Test your HDD for errors also, either using manufacturers test or Hitachi's Drive Fitness Test (both will be available on UBCD). Your issue sounds more like a software problem or video card issue. Make sure you have updated drivers for everything you can on system (from the actual device's manufacturer, if possible) and run some kind of video stress tool like Furmark or OCCT.
  • edited May 2011
I am confused about my drivers are upto date or not, can you please help me on this.
  • JokkeJokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian
    edited May 2011
Go to your computer manufacturer's website. Locate your model, and they'll most likely have a list of most current drivers. If you've built it yourself you need to find out what sort of components you have, and go to the website of the part manufacturer.
  • edited May 2011
    The mother Board's manufacturer?
  • JokkeJokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian
    edited May 2011
Yes, but also graphics, sound, peripherals, screen etc need to be updated.
  • edited May 2011
    How can i update them?
  • TushonTushon I'm scared, Coach Alexandria, VA Icrontian
    edited May 2011
Look in device manager for the name/model, go to internet, find support site for the manufacturer, find driver download area (probably under "drivers and support" or something similar), download driver, install.
  • JokkeJokke Bergen, Norway Icrontian

    Then reboot.
