BSOD AT Windows Loading

A lot of you will recognize some of these parts as this is a build I did for a friend with what was primarily lying around.

Case: BluHaz ReDux's acrylic
PSU: BluHaz ReDux's custom Enermax 400W
Mobo: Abit NF-M2 nView
PSU: AMD Opty 1210
Memory: Corsair CM2X1024-6400C4
HDD: 80GB Barracuda 7200.10
Misc Fans, Generic Optical, etc

Initially when I gave to the dude it ran like a top with a mild overclock. First he contacts me that the DVD/CD unit isn't reading. Then he states it is cutting off, after a while it would run for about 20 - 30 seconds and then shut down.

Brought it home to trouble shoot and dropped the oc to stock. Sure enough it would get to the windows load screen and cut off. Sometimes it would restart other time not. Let it sit for a while and it would boot up but then poof. Okay must be the PSU so swapped it out for a similar (+12A) one.

Now it wil boot up and start to load windows, then a quick BSOD and back to the boot screen.

Suggestions??????? :(

Motherboard's failed. Bitrot in the chipset. DVD going away was the controller failing.

Those issues always boil down to memory, HDD, or mobo.
