Last second check for 9800PRO - is it a good deal?

I’m about to pull the trigger on this Sapphire RADEON 9800 PRO ATLANTIS retail ($233.00):
http://www.allstarshop.com/shop/product.asp?pid=7203&sid=S6F2CCXXR0SC9JWKVLATDQS0MDS777P1

Is this particular (I mean Sapphire ATLANTIS) card good?
It’s the cheapest 9800PRO I could find, so I wanted make sure there’s nothing wrong with this particular one (like slow memory or some other cr*p)

Also I do not mind getting 9700PRO, but I can’t find it any cheaper than this, so what’s the point.
The only one I found was http://www.gameve.com/gve/store/ProductDetails.aspx?sku=VC-ATI-046 9700 Pro for $198, but I don’t know if that vendor is reputable, plus there’s no details about memory speeds/refurb. maybe? so I’m vary…

Anyway, any help appreciated!

More folks here have OC'd the 9700 Pro than the 9800 Pro, but if left at standard settings the 9800 Pro is a BIT faster than the stock 9700 Pro. That is why they are similarly priced, the 9700 has lasting value and not as many folks have figured out good ways to OC 9800 Pros yet.

Sapphire, for ATI cards, is very good overall but not absolute best. If you can find a Gigabyte 9700 Pro cheaper by 15-20% after shipping, get one of those instead. Sapphire may private label cards to Gigabyte in the 9700 and 9800 series, they are suspiciously similar in specs and reputations.

Gigabyte white-boxed OEM video cards can be as good as Sapphires, but check RAM and GPU specs. Also look at warranites, Sapphire brand name warranties are better than OEM warranties.
