It can be accessed manually as an OTA update: Menu > Settings > System Updates > HTC Software Update > Check Now > OK > Yes

    got it today. 109mb download. gotta do it over wifi or 4G FYI

    its the 2.3.3 build, not the 2.3.4 maintence build
