server vs xp

what do you guys think is faster and stable xp pro or server stripped down to workstation

    server 2000 or 2003? are you gonna use it at home? i mean just use XP, I don't think either server OSs are gonna be any more stable. XP is pretty damn stable, i think MS just restricts the number of incoming connections to like 10 so that you can't use it as a server. if you're looking for a home OS to play games on, then use XP.

    Server is no more stable and quite a few of the common appas don't run on it. If your not running active directory and running a domain server there is no reason in the world to use win2k3.
