For what it's worth Small Worlds is out of iPad and it works very well. The only downside to it is that that the map only supports 2 player games in either 1 vs ai or 1 on 1. But everything else has converted well.
Also if you aren't aware there is a fantasy Boardgame version of Memoir 44 called Battlelore, FFG picked up the license and rolled a newer version of it out based around Game of Thrones and called it Battle Of Westeros.
And for a digital version (again iPad only) there is a Battlelore clone called Viking Lords. That is actually closer to Memoir 44 then Battlelore.
