Today when attempting to watch Strike Witches while on the pot, I got an error from Netflix app on my rooted Nook.
I searched on the internets and found several folks claiming that an uninstall/reinstall fixed it, and a few others claiming that some new security feature was added to the App, and that users needed to reinstall an older version, then lock it out from updating.
Before going through all that, I decided to try just deleting all the user info from the app manager screen. That fixed it for me.
It looks like Netflix has been deactivated on this device. It could be an issue with your account or perhaps your device was deactivated on netflix.com. (2004)

Then run the Netflix fixer and click "BN to HTC:"

Then restart. You'll have access to HD netflix streams, to boot.
Also, on a side note: Strike Witches is not worth your time.
