3 monitors off a single 550Ti?

A friend called me to help him with something. He has an HP P6754Y desktop to which he added a 600 watt power supply. He got an Nvidia 550Ti GPU, and wants to hook it up to 3 monitors to play Microsoft Flight Simulator X.

The 550 Ti has 2 DVIs and an HDMI, but as far as I know, you can still only run 2 monitors off a single GPU, isn't that right?

The computer has on board video, but being a factory unit, you know the motherboard is a bare bones no fancy option deal, so I doubt it can use on board video to run the 3rd monitor while the 550Ti does the other 2.

Can the HDMI run the 3rd monitor while the other 2 are on the DVI ports?

You cannot run more than 2 displays off of any single-GPU NVIDIA card.
