Upgrade Advice

Greetings!
I won the ECS P67H2-A at Epic.
I need help deciding how to use it. Here is what I already have:
Asrock P67 Extreme4
MSI N460GTX CYCLONE 1GD5/OC
8gb pc1600 (2x4gb)
Intel 2500k
Crucial C300 SSD
Win7 Pro 64bit
NZXT 550W
NZXT Beta EVO Case
My budget is $200.
Important:
I am using an LGA 775 HSF. I forget the model, but it only works because the Asrock P67 has holes for 775 eq. I will need an LGA 1155 cooler, which is going to cut in my budget
Otherwise, the only upgrade I see possible is a GPU. Now that I have the hybrid gpu chip, I can combine AMD and Nvidia based gpus if I understand this right.
So what HSF and GPU should I get to upgrade this system? Would be awesome if I could play the new Elder Scrolls and Battlefield games in 1920x1080 HQ.
Edit: Forgot to mention I really like quiet. I don't have any fans going over 1500rpm and I do not OC much (3.8ghz for now, very modest).
