Eyefinity GPU for under $75?

So, all mighty GPU gods... I am looking for a modest GPU that can pull off eyefinity for my work PC. I have a stock Dell PSU so the card cannot be uber power hungry either. I plan on hooking up two 20" 4:3 monitors and a 17" monitor as the third. So... all three have DVI and VGA so VGA, DVI, HDMI/DP are fine (with adapter). I might play a bit on it but just on one monitor and nothing more that TF2. All of this for as little as possible since I will be popping for it myself.

Greg nailed it. Any 6500 or 6600-class Radeon with at least 3 ports, one must be DisplayPort, will fit the bill.

So, DVI, DP to DVI, and VGA will not work?

To rephrase: As long as one of your three displays is connected to DP--natively or with an active adapter--it will work.
