Dell 1525 inspiron reformatting problems?

edited September 2011 in Science & Tech
My computer was running slow again this I would try and reformat my DEll this im having alots problem reformatting my computer. The first i had help from dell online workers because i had a warranty. I saw one post from that had 9 steps it didn't help me one bit. I remeber the first my screen was blurry now my screen is clear. When i try to install my driver it say chipnet is already install i didn't install it yet. I have a backup disc because nonething on my computer wasn't important to me. How do I really clear my c drive completely to install my drivers in order so everything can work again.

PS everytime I try to install my drivers said that chipset is already installed. I thought when you reformat that everything be clear off the hard drive.

If you want to reformat completely:
    • Boot from windows recovery CD
    • Choose the series of options relating to complete reset or reimage/reformat
    • Download whatever the latest drivers are from support.dell.com for your model (enter your service code to get the closest bet)
    • Download each of them (specifically, chipset, network [both wired and wireless], video, sound, at a minimum) and install them
    • Install
