Multiple Simultaneous Versions of Minecraft

A while ago I came across this website that shows how to run different versions of Minecraft without copying .jar files in and out all the time. It's become especially useful with all the prereleases. He demonstrates by using multiple mods, but the same can be done with earlier/later versions of minecraft.
