I've tried 'finding max mem' first, then 'finding max core.' No consistent results so far. For the past few days, I've been running the tests for about 8 hrs or so (started right before I went to bed.) The test itself shows no signs of tampering/errors, but under the same circumstances, the test would give me different results (sometimes varying by 20mhz.)

For those of you who have tried this lil tool, what'd you think of it?

IMO ATiTool seems a little too 'precise' when finding the max core. I've also let it run on for a good 8 hours only to find that its set my core way below what I've found to be a stable artifact free OC. Reseting the 'artifact test' when it finds a deviation in one pixel out of millions is kind of silly. If I can bench it for hours and still see an accurate rendering then Im happy.
I find it useful for finding the 'choke points' of my card but do not take it as a be all end all. All in all a pretty good tool though. ;)
