key doesnèt work

See what I meanÉ Instead of the apostrophe, I get È. Also when I try ot use the question mark. How do i change it backÉ Please help!

    It appears that your keyboard is set to English (Canada) mode rather than English (US.) Under Control Panel go to Region and Language and make sure the Format is set to English (United States.) You might need to reboot once you make this change.

    Thank you very much! That seems to have solved the problem. Since I am Canadian, I do not normally choose the US option. Many thanks!
