Panimage Novel help?

Hi. New to the tablet world, just got the RR7T20WBL1 from work (panimage novel 7" color ereader doohickey) and it can't install the driver software when I plug it in? It says it's looking for S3C6410 Android ADB?
Where is this? It won't connect to the internet either, though it's showing a very strong signal.
Any of you all have one of these??
