:confused: how do i reset administrator password if i forgot even my system has only one user which is administrator and i don't know password ?

    UBCD can find out the password for you. That is the only hint other than that a reinstall (after using something like UBCD to back up data) will cause you to have to make a new password.

    To elaborate: Ultimate Boot CD is an ISO file you download and burn to a CD. When booting, you need to have the CD inserted and change boot device to CD/DVD rom. UBCD has a lot of different tools, but the one you want to use now is called "Password and Data Recovery" and can be found under "Data Recovery". A guide to reset the password can be found here.
