Beepin n' BoopinDetroit, MI Icrontian
I walked two miles tonight, high intensity, non-stop. This is the first non-stop walk I've done.
My legs aren't sore at all, I'm breathing great, and I feel good. I'll sleep like a baby.
I do not recall the walk at all. Why? Because I brought my PSP with me and Final Fantasy Tactics. FYI: One two-mile, fast-paced walk takes exactly one (1) Battle of Zirchele Falls.
Okay, I do recall a couple of moments: the moment I walked crooked because I was lost in the game and almost walked off the curb. I recall the rabbit, of course (he'd eat my face if I didn't), and I recall scaring up two cats that were drinking out of a puddle. Neither of them followed me.
I've been finding myself slowly becoming more motivated in other areas of my life besides the physical aspect. Today was a big day for Icrontic as well as a big day for new ideas.
Tomorrow Keebler, Perry, Kyle, and I are going to my place in northern michigan for a disconnected weekend. I'm gonna walk while I'm up there, but won't be able to blog about it because there is no internet.

have a nice weekend away! it sounds like it's going to be great.
Music. I frigging LOVE music. If I didn't have music in my ear, I simply wouldn't work out. It's murder for me when I can't listen to something. When I focus on music, I push myself harder.
I'd game while I run if I could.
Enjoy the weekend man, see you on the flip side.
