This board has an amazing amount of options for expansion. Firstly for storage, it has 4 SATA ports, 2 with RAID and 2 without. They are supported by both the VIA South Bridge VT8237 and the SIS 180 controller chipset.

RAID0, RAID1& RAID 0+1 configuration

There is also 2 firewire ports supported by the VIA VT6307 chipset. The audio used on board is the Realtek ALC655 6 channel audio codec compliant with AC'97 2.3 specification

There is also DUAL LAN (Gigabit and Ethernet) supported by Marvell 88E8001 Gigabit LAN Controller
and another VIA VT6103 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet PHY

    Sweet lookin' board; looks like Sun purple to me. Will be interesing to see how it does in stability tests. Somebody pick one up and let us know. Paging Mr. GnomeWizardd :bigggrin:

    Be pretty tough to say today, given that socket 939 cpu's aren't going to be out until around the end of March ;)
