Looking for a USB 5.1+ Sound Card

I have a headset which uses headphone jacks for front, rear, and center/sub sound. My desktop motherboards all support these jacks, but my laptop does not. I'd like to have surround sound when I'm gaming on the laptop, so a USB sound card is required.

Requirements:
- USB (no ExpressCard slot on the laptop)
- Plugs for front, rear, center/sub, and microphone jacks (minimum 5.1)

I've checked Newegg and Amazon, and so far I've found these as the best candidates, but I'm hoping there's something better out there:
Sewell USB SoundBox (Amazon)
Newegg comparison
Anyone have suggestions?

I can't recall if this matches your criteria, but look into the Asus Xonar Essence.

It does not. The only USB version has a single stereo output.

Went with the Sewell model. It's the same hardware as two of the Newegg ones, but costs less with shipping.
