I'm going to give my neck/shoulder another go starting next week. If this doesn't work out now, I'll have to make an appointment with a real specialist. 2 months is too long.
I just looked at this for the first time in months, dude @ardichoke incredible job with that spreadsheet. I found my scale and I'll be weighing in this month.
Hey Icrontic, think we can collectively lose 500 pounds by the end of the year? We are less than 90 pounds off.
I don't know... it seems like the total lost each month has been declining over the year (for the most part). Then again, a lot of that is just that people have stopped keeping track. I think it could be done if everyone makes a big push.... but it will be tough. I'm hoping to drop another 15 by the end of the year... if I manage that, it will just leave 75 for everyone else.

Im thinking that many people are reaching goals, hitting plateaus, or comfortable maintinaing where they are now. I know I may not be losing/gaining anymore weight for a while (give or take 2-3lbs). Unfortunately that's one less person contributing.
2015: 33lbs . I have, with more success and an actual plan to keep it off, repeated 2012. Semi proud of myself, semi not happy that I had to do it twice.
Wow, this was a long time ago. It looks like I didn't do a good job keeping this updated in 2012 since I was preggo and I didn't even... Since Marty I'm down over 50lbs from my heaviest weight ever and have stayed there for a year and a half at this point.
Sorry, I meant more long term. Being overweight after a certain age carries more risk than it does at say age 20. I don't know much, I just got worried about you.

I'm up to the heaviest I've ever been. The 9-5 office life is not for me.
The transition from LiquidWeb to MSU has taken it's toll on me. No more standing desk has definitely hurt my calorie burn and I've put on about 10lbs since the switch. I'm seriously going to be cracking down on what I eat after my vacation next week.
Moving back to the US led me to pack back on a few pounds; 8 months to the wedding and 5 to the Brazil trip, I'm back in shed mode as of today. I'm still 60 pounds lighter than when I moved to Europe, though, so yay!

I started out at 197 in fall of 2011, got down to 189 when I started my fitness blog in 2011 on Icrontic.. Currently on struggle bus of weight loss for the last 12-15lb weighing in at 169 on a good day.
Cannot wait for this journey to be over... I want to start having days where I can bake and cook without being concerned about the calories and staying at maintenance because hell... mine will be approx 2400 when I'm done with this shit.

Though, I actually did continue to lose weight compared to my last weigh in, even with the cast I had on previously. I was at 203 with a 3-4lb cast.
bompz.

2013 ended at 50lbs. I'm up 5lbs since then, but there's some extra muscle all up in that gain...
