Patch Day 3/29/12?

I am currently updating BF3 with a 1.5GB download, but there are no patch notes posted yet. Could it be the long awaited patch that will fix a long list of issues? Maybe? Please?

Absolutely blows my mind that nobody at EA figured out a more efficient or compressible patching system. That kind of bandwidth to that many users would cost a small fortune on any cdn.

Anyway, fingers crossed! I'd love to get back in to this game. It stinks having to be so selective with free time.

I'm not surprised a bit. What does surprise me is that they are actually patching the game.

Have you seen the changelog? It's a huge patch, tweaks nearly everything. TF2 has had huge patches, as well.

Right you are, that is an enormous patch. Still once you count out the maps that need replacing, a few new sounds and new graphical overlays -- it leaves me wondering why the patch was so big. I just can't help but be curious if they could have saved some cash or if they considered this. Maybe they did, and this was the cheapest way to do it.

The commo rose is a welcomed upgrade.
Damn though I wish my C4 would survive after my death :P
