Why does the OCZ RevoDrive3X2 continually crash in the HP Z800's I have been imaging?

I have imaged about 40 machines and probably 10 of them have crashed.

    Seems like there are a lot of variables there from firmware on each device to what software you are imaging onto the the devices. Throw some of that up and perhaps @Ryder can stop by

    I also imagine you have (or should) a support contract with a vendor that could help with this :)
