It's going to be difficult to say who's going to be the best of the group this year. Nintendo really nailed it last year with the Wii-U demo and the symphonic Zelda. Sony had the after-party that everyone loved, and I didn't see Microsoft's, since (like many) I wasn't invited.
In 2010, Microsoft stole the show by giving everyone in the audience the newly-redesigned 360, but I doubt something like that will come along again.
I'd like to see Nintendo give a date for the Wii-U (probably before Christmas if they're smart), and Sony maybe make an announcement for the next console.
Maybe Microsoft will be announcing a portable of some sort? Or maybe some kind of huge partnership that hasn't been thought of. It's hard for me to imagine them doing a big presser without at least SOMETHING worth saying.

Yeah, somehow Microsoft hates me or something. All the years I have been going to E3, I have never been invited for their press conference.
I am really interested to hear what all 3 have to offer for the next year.
