Can two gmail accounts share the same Google Music library?

I'm having trouble finding the solution to this question. Is it possible for two Gmail users to share the same uploaded (cloud) Google Music library? I want my wife to be able to access what I have already uploaded via her phone/work PC.

    Apologies for being a bit heavy-handed, but as you all know we have a history of being sensitive to matters of piracy, digital IP and copy protection 'round these parts. In line with that precedent, I have cleaned up the legal debate and let the legitimate answers stand as they are.

    Regardless of any legal contention, it is not possible to share a GMusic account, and that's the answer the OP was looking for.
