    @Teramona, there's a possibility that some of the cheeses obtained in the run will use vegetable rennet. We can make sure we keep that in mind.

    Okay, I'm officially closing since first buys will be tomorrow (and the sample sizes are getting smaller!). We'll try to get a few vegetable rennet cheeses and let you know, @Teramona. @PirateNinja is the last member for this round.

    All: you can either give me $15 cash (I'll have some $5 for change now) or you can paypal me. If you want to paypal, send me a PM and I'll send out my email address. I'll be buying wine tomorrow and cheeses Thursday.

    I was very happy with how it turned out and the different types of things we got to do: polished off 14 bottles of wine, 8 cheeses that were almost universally A++, some people experienced a vertical tasting, and had a ton of fun.
