Linksys WRT350N administration page resets when I try to change settings.

Sorry if this is the wrong board but I didn't see a more applicable category.
So I recently got an older linksys WRT350N from a friend and when I first plugged it in it didn't work so I went through the process of resetting it and rebooting the modem. At this point I tried accessing the internet and it worked fine so I went onto the web administration interface to set up the wifi name and password, but when I clicked the save settings button the browser went to "The connection was reset while the page was loading" I can still access the internet and browse the administration interface, but when I try to change a setting I always get the same message.
