Does it matter if I use a ATA100 cord on one port, and a ATA133 cord on the other of a PCI adapter card?
It's a Maxtor Ultra ATA/133.

Nope
The difference between ATA100 + 133 is so marginal, you would never detect it.

Even if there where a difference, you wouldn´t have any problems. As long as that card is a 2 or more channel card, they work separately. However, mixing a 133 and a 100 drive on the same channel (same cable) only brings you ata 100.
