boot problem
I have an asus k50IJ notebook and it won't boot. It says " reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media
in selected boot device and press a key" I hit esc and got to the boot but only thing there is the dvd rom.
I don't know what happen I was using team viewer to remote access my home pc and the laptop just shut down
and on reboot it gave me the above message.

Otherwise you can go into command prompt and use the BCDEDIT tool to fix boot options.
