    I think I asked this before but don't remember the answer... I assume the device itself contains the RAID configuration so you can move it from PC to PC and not have to set it up again. Right? How do you configure the device? Configuration webpage? Applications that interfaces with the controller?

    It's entirely hardware based, yes. You configure everything from the front panel. Yes, you can move it from computer to computer.
