Save As... Web Tool

I don't know if the rest of you have ever run into this problem, but I occasionally find myself wishing I could right-click a link I only have in text and save it instead of having to actually navigate to the web address in question. This happened again today, and I decided there was probably a web page that solved the problem somewhere. And I found one. If anyone else has a better/interesting tool for this (nb4 giggity), or a better method that I didn't think of before writing this, toss it up
