i don't know how i got this virus. I opened fire fox and all the sudden this screen opened and said that i was in violation of the copyright law ##### and that to avoid prosecution I needed to pay a 200.00 fine or my system will be permanently lock.
I have ad aware 10 and all the latest definitions are current.

The malware is hijacking the domain so that you can't download it. You'll need to download it on another PC or something and move it over on a USB stick.

Just saw this virus on a business computer (dude said he got a link to see Tattooed Anuses! and clicked it WTF). Disconnect from the web completely and then start the computer. That should prevent it from hijacking things so you can run what Brian suggests.
