It is rare but occasionally something comes out of IGN with some substance. I related to this article word for word. We all have to find that critical balance between work and play. There are times when I retreat into my virtual alter ego to avoid a confrontation that I'm not ready for in my day to day life. It took some guts for IGN to publish this. As an article it could be contrary to their audiences self image. It could also be in opposition their advertisers agenda. It's a good read, check it out.

I relate to this so dang much. I've understood this for awhile now and am still trying to master it per say. Especially right now with the way things are going. It can be a cyclical system of self-destruction and getting out of it can be hard.
