Mouse moves cursor at funny angle.
I got a surplus Dell Bluetooth mouse (model M-RBB-DEL4, made by Logitech) that seems to be calibrated to move at a different angle from how I'm holding it. If I want a straight move of the mouse left-to-right to move the cursor straight left-to-right, I need to hold the mouse at nearly a 45 degree angle. I realize that mice are designed to be held at a small angle, but this is ridiculous. Does anyone know how I could recalibrate the angle the mouse moves at?
Below is a graphic of how the cursor moves when I move the mouse left/right and up/down while it's facing straight ahead.
My googling has found nothing other than generic recommendations for newer drivers. Except this just uses the built-in Windows drivers, and Dell doesn't have any to replace them. Nor would I expect them to, it's a pretty standard Bluetooth profile.

Have you cleaned the lens since you got it?
